ARE RETURNS FREE?

We currently offer free returns from the UK, US, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France and Denmark. 

If you have purchased from Lounge from a location outside of these, unfortunately at this time we do not offer free returns. You as the customer will need to cover the returns shipping back to our warehouse so we can process your exchange or refund for you.

We're always working on our offering as a brand, and hope to open up free returns worldwide as soon as possible...
