MAKE A RETURN

Returns with Lounge are easy. We know returning your recently bought items can often feel like a pain, but we've worked hard to ensure our returns process is quick and painless. To start the returns process click here. 

Things you'll need:

• Your Order Number (starts with a # in your confirmation email). 
• Your postcode, email or phone number associated with your order.
• Some options will require a printer.

Things to note: 

• We have a 30 day returns policy from the date of despatch.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note: there may be a slight delay in processing your return following our busy sale period. We kindly ask you to allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return after your parcel has been delivered.
