Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. But don't worry, there are still options available to you if you accidentally entered the wrong address!
If you realize that the address is incorrect after the delivery has been dispatched, we recommend contacting the courier directly and requesting a change of address. While there may be some cases where the courier is unable to make the change, your parcel will still be delivered to the address you provided. In the event that the recipient refuses the parcel or if the address doesn't exist, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will be sure to reach out to you immediately to arrange a re-delivery to the correct address.
If your parcel is returned to us as "return to sender," please be aware that it may take up to 16 working days for it to reach our headquarters. Rest assured, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the situation.
Please keep in mind that the processing time for these situations can take between 1-3 weeks. But don't worry, we're here to help and will work quickly to resolve any issues!
