Resetting Your Password

New and existing learners can follow these step-by-step instructions to reset their Impact Platform passwords.

• Visit https://app.franklincovey.com and enter your company email address.
• If you are directed to input your password and you either (1) haven't set a password yet, or (2) do not remember your password, click "Forgot password?".

• Enter your company email address and click "Send me instructions."

• Locate the email from [e-mail] with the subject line "Password reset on FranklinCovey."

• Click the link inside the email and choose a password. (Be sure to store this password somewhere safe.) 

Password Requirements

When choosing a new password, remember that the password must have at least eight characters, one digit, one lower case letter, one upper case letter, and one non-alphanumeric character (such as *, -, or #).

How long is my account locked after failure to enter my password correctly?

Your Impact Platform account will be locked if you continue to enter your password incorrectly. You will be able to try again after ten minutes.
