Log into Workday
Access Workday using your usual credentials: Workday Login Portal. -
Navigate to Your Profile
- Click on your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner.
- Select ‘Personal Information’ from the dropdown menu.

- In the Personal Information section, choose ‘Edit’ or ‘Change Name’ (terminology may vary slightly depending on your version of Workday).

Enter Your New Last Name
- Input your new last name as it appears on your legal documents (e.g., marriage certificate).
- Verify that your first and middle names are correct.
