Paternity leave policy

Employees are entitled to 6 weeks of full pay during their leave.

In addition to full pay, employees are also eligible for 6 weeks of statutory pay during their leave.

In order to be eligible for this leave, employees must have been with the company for a minimum of 6 months prior to taking the leave.
