One of the main reasons for the iPhone 13 overheating is using it intensively while charging or playing heavy games for extended periods, draining the battery. Avoiding these two factors will address half of the overheating issues. The other half may consist of other factors such as not using the phone under direct sunlight for prolonged periods without moving, network reception as poor network connectivity causes the phone to consume more energy to stay connected to cellular towers.
