I want to receive all my policy documentation by mail instead of electronically. What do I need to do?

There are two ways to receive policy documentation by mail:

Beam Member Portal

• Login to your Member Portal at app.beambenefits.com
• Go to the drop down in the upper right-hand corner, select 'Settings' 
• Check the box that says, "I decline consent to receive 
correspondence electronically"
• Hit 'Save Changes'

Beam mobile app

• Login to the Beam mobile app
• Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
• Select 'Electronic consent'
• It will prompt you to sign in again (for security reasons)
• At the bottom of the screen, select 'Decline electronic consent'. A pop-up message will appear to allow you to decline.
