✅ How to get confirmation that your order went through with The Metropolitan Museum of Art
1. Check your email
After you purchase tickets or place any online order with the Met, you should automatically receive an email confirmation containing:
Your receipt
Your digital tickets (QR code / PDF)
Order details
Be sure to check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
✅ 2. Log into your Met Museum account to check order status
If you created an account during checkout, you can view your order online:
How to log in
Go to: metmuseum.org
Click “Sign In” (usually at the top-right of the page)
Enter your email and password
Once logged in, go to “My Account” or “Orders” / “Tickets”
From there, you can usually:
See recent purchases
Re-download tickets
View receipts
Check membership information (if applicable)
