1. Check your email

After you purchase tickets or place any online order with the Met, you should automatically receive an email confirmation containing:

• Your receipt

• Your digital tickets (QR code / PDF)

• Order details

Be sure to check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

If you created an account during checkout, you can view your order online:

1. Go to: metmuseum.org

2. Click “Sign In” (usually at the top-right of the page)

3. Enter your email and password

4. Once logged in, go to “My Account” or “Orders” / “Tickets”

From there, you can usually:

• See recent purchases

• Re-download tickets

• View receipts
