Issue Overview
If your Champion Inc. corporate iPhone has a frozen screen, remains black, or doesn't respond when you touch it, a force restart is the first step. This process will not erase your data.
Solution: Force Restart Sequence
For iPhone 8 and later models, follow these steps in quick succession:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button (Power) until you see the Apple logo.
Troubleshooting Tips
The "Slide to Power Off" slider: If this appears, ignore it. Keep holding the side button until the screen goes black and the Apple logo reappears.
Charging: If the phone doesn't respond to the buttons, plug it into a power source for at least 15 minutes and try the sequence again.
Champion Inc. Policy: If the device remains unresponsive after three attempts, please open a "Hardware Replacement" ticket through this portal or contact the IT Help Desk.
