Problem Description
Are you unable to connect to the "Champion_Internal" Wi-Fi, or is your internet connection dropping frequently? Please follow these steps to restore your connectivity.
Step 1: Check the Physical Connection
Wi-Fi Toggle: Ensure the Wi-Fi icon in your system tray (Windows) or Menu Bar (Mac) is turned ON.
Ethernet Cable: If you are at a Champion Inc. office desk, ensure your Ethernet cable is clicked firmly into your laptop or docking station.
Step 2: The "Toggle" Method (Quickest Fix)
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds.
Turn Airplane Mode OFF.
Wait for the device to re-scan for the Champion_Internal network.
Step 3: Forget the Network
If your password was recently changed, you may need to "Forget" the network:
Go to Network Settings > Wi-Fi > Manage Known Networks.
Select "Champion_Internal" and click Forget.
Reconnect and enter your latest Champion Inc. credentials.
