Problem Description
Some Champion Inc. users have reported that their laptops hang or "freeze" at the blue and white HP logo during the initial boot sequence. The Windows loading circle does not appear, and the device remains unresponsive.
Recommended Solution: Hard Power Cycle
To resolve this boot loop, perform a manual power reset:
Press and hold the physical Power Button on your laptop.
Keep the button held down for a full 10 to 15 seconds until the screen goes completely black and all lights/fans turn off.
Wait for 5 seconds.
Press the Power Button once normally to restart the machine.
Note: This process does not delete your files; it simply clears the hardware's temporary memory (static electricity) that may be blocking the boot process.
Still stuck at the logo?
If the HP logo persists after two power cycles:
Disconnect all USB devices (docks, thumb drives, or external mice).
Ensure the power adapter is plugged in.
